Mark and Chris Hanson, 2 brothers, purchased Mueller Sprinklers from the Mueller brothers in 1998 in Columbus, NE. Mark has been in the irrigation business since 1978. Chris worked as a Supervisor at Appleton Electric for 13 years and Columbus Hydraulics as a Supervisor for 5 years.
After putting their heads together, they decided to use their skills to work together to build Mueller Sprinklers in to what it is today. One of their goals was to take, what was a seasonal business, to a year round business so they could keep their employees year round and not have to retrain. The way they were able to do that was to branch out and do snow removal and construction in the off season. Neither one is afraid to try something different and are always looking for new ways to improve and grow.
